Killing:

Crows come because they find food sources in your yard. Remove all the waste matter and keep the yard clean. If the birds do not find any food, they will not come to bother you.

CD Technique:

String some CDs together and place them near the affected area. Crows cannot stand the reflection given off by the CDs and this method is one of the most efficient methods of getting rid of the birds.

There are other methods like keeping a dog, making noise, using water guns etc. All these are efficient methods. Killing should be the last option, as crows serve an important purpose of keeping the surrounding clean.
