Excessive sweating is sign of worry for many all around the globe. There are many people who suffer with this problem of excessive sweating, and thereby suffer low self esteem and embarrassment at social events.
There are many reasons or causes that affect sweating. Overweight and obsessive people are more prone to excessive sweating than thin and normal people. Excessive fat deposition also leads to excessive sweating. Even people suffering from menopause and active thyroid glands suffer from excessive sweating.
Excessive sweating is nothing but loss of excess water from the body. It is true that perspiration keeps the body healthy, but excess of anything is dangerous, and thus stopping it is very much necessary.
There are plenty of ways through which excessive perspiration or sweating can be controlled. Here are few of the ways that can be applied in order to get the body free from the excessive sweating.
Use of antiperspirants: Though antiperspirants are said to be quite costly and expensive, yet these are known to bring out highly efficient results. All these antiperspirants have aluminum chloride hexahydrite.
Use of Oral medication: There are many Oral medicines that are available in the market which claims that they are capable of regulating the sweating rate.
Use of Botox injections: Using Botox injections are also said to be quite useful in controlling excessive sweating. This is usually done in cosmetic surgeries.
Application of products like cornstarch and baking soda: application of this mixture to the p0laces where one sweats more can really help in controlling the excessive sweating. This mixture closes the sweat pores and thus, stops excessive sweating.
Last but not the least, putting in palms and feet in a mixture of hot water and lemon juice also helps in controlling excessive sweating. It also helps in reducing the smell of sweating feet and palms.
