Add a little honey and have daily. (The bael-Ieaf juice should be about a teaspoonful). Follow this with a cup of warm milk.
Take a tablespoonful of the crushed tuber juice with sugar thrice a day for 3-4 days.
Tea made up of Coriander seeds are highly beneficial in the treatment of excessive menstruation. Six grams of these seeds should be boiled in half a litre of water. It should be taken off the fire when only half the water remains. Sugar can be added to it for taste. It should be sipped like tea while its still warm.

2 parts wild yam root
2 parts licorice root
1 part burdock root
3 parts dandelion root
1 part comfrey root
Options for flavor: ginger, cinnamon, orange peel, licorice
Use four to six tablespoons of the herb mixture per quart of water. Place in cold water over a low heat and slowly bring to a simmer. Keep the pot covered and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain. Drink 3 to 4 cups daily for at least four months.
Tips and diet for menorrhagia
Sugarcane juice, grapes, banana, amla, pomegranate – all these are useful in this condition. Hot and spicy things are to be strictly avoided.
