What is Bruises?
Bruises is traumatic injury of soft tissues and it is caused by blunt impact. When it occur blood leaks out into the tissues under the skin and it may look like blue or purple color skin and feels tender when touch. usually it is minor but it is very painful, it can be serious in some cases. It can be treated with cold pack after injury.
Causes of Bruises
A person can have bruises because of various reasons and these are as follows-

- Falls
- Accident
- Bleeding disorders
- Hemophilia
- Leukemia
- Aplastic anemia
- It may cause due to insufficient nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, bioflavonoids, and zinc.
